Shieldex® Med-tex P70
The knitted fabric metallized with pure silver consists of 21% elastomer, which makes it stretchable in two directions. It convinces especially with its light weight of 100g/m² as well as with its elasticity, which makes it perfectly suitable for antimicrobial clothing. Silver is a biocidal active ingredient according to §67 of the EU Biocide Regulation.
Shieldex® Med-tex P70 is the lightest fabric in the Med-tex family. It convinces with a weight of approx. 100g/m² as well as its elsaticity. Due to the 21% elastomer content, this antimicrobial fabric is stretchable in two directions. This allows it to be processed for many medical applications. Due to its antimicrobial properties, it helps relieve skin irritation and itching associated with atopic dermatitis. RoHS and REACH conformity is given.
