Due to its shielding and electrically conductive properties, Shieldex® Bonn is particularly suitable for sensors in medical technology and for static dissipation in electronic components.

Shieldex® Bilbao is a chemically bonded, antimicrobial nonwoven with a silver content of approx. 16%. Due to the antimicrobial effect of the silver, this nonwoven is primarily processed in the clothing industry as a lining fabric. This nonwoven fabric is OEKO-Tex® Standard 100 certified and can therefore be worn next to the skin.

A knitted fabric metallized with silver, consists of 22% elastomer, which makes it stretchable in two directions. The textile was specially developed for medical applications as well as for skin diseases, especially neurodermatitis. The conductive textile is OEKO-Tex® certified and can therefore be worn next to the skin. Silver is a biocidal active ingredient according to §67 of the EU Biocide Regulation.

Shielding performance of 80 dB in the frequency range 0.2 GHz to 14 GHz! This thermally bonded non-woven fabric finished with copper has a surface electrical resistance of < 0.02 Ω/□, making it ideal for industrial use. The uniqueness is the self-adhesive backing, which is perfect for room shielding.

Shieldex® Koln is a chemically bonded nonwoven fabric metallized with pure copper. With a shielding performance of approx. 80 dB in the frequency range 0.2 GHz to 14 GHz, this conductive nonwoven is particularly suitable for shielding cables and as a base material for fabric tapes.

With 10% silver, this knitted fabric is particularly suitable for antibacterial applications. Silver is a biocidal active ingredient according to §67 EU Biocide Regulation. The textile Shieldex® Tulle is available in two versions. The narrower version has a width of about 110 cm and is also OEKO-TEX® certified while the second version is about 145 cm wide.
