Shieldex® Silverjersey
The Shieldex® Silverjersey consists of 14% silver yarn and 86% cotton. The shielding effect of the jersey is approx. 42 dB in the frequency range 0.2 GHz to 5 GHz. In addition to its functionality, the Silverjersey convinces with its particularly soft material as well as its feather-light wearing comfort. Due to its shielding effect, this knitted fabric is particularly suitable for the clothing industry.
Shieldex® Silverjersey is a combination of pure silver threads and cotton. The knitted fabric is particularly soft, cuddly and stretchy. Due to the special processing, Shieldex® Silverjersey has more volume than a woven fabric and is therefore a little warmer. The proportion of Shieldex silver threads is approx. 14%. The cotton content is 86%. Due to the processed silver, the Shieldex® Silverjersey black is especially friendly to the skin and offers a particularly soft feel. In addition, the silver jersey has a shielding effect against electromagnetic radiation in the frequency range 0.02 to 5 GHz. Shieldex® silver jersey is ideally suited for further processing in the clothing industry. RoHS and REACH conformity are given.
